Your Role: Sales Manager

We are looking for a results-driven and highly motivated Sales Manager with a strong background in outbound sales and business development. In this role, you will take ownership of driving revenue growth through strategic outbound efforts. You will develop and execute outreach campaigns, identify new business opportunities, and convert leads into long-term clients. This is a unique opportunity to shape and execute POWER.xyz’s outbound strategy in a high-growth SaaS environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive outbound sales strategy to generate new business opportunities.
  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify target accounts and decision-makers, initiate outbound outreach through multiple channels (email, calls, LinkedIn, etc.), and create meaningful engagement.
  • Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by proactively sourcing and qualifying high-potential leads.
  • Client Relationship Building: Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs, present tailored solutions, and establish strong relationships with prospects.
  • Sales Cycle Ownership: Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring seamless handoffs and exceptional client experiences.
  • Performance Tracking: Use CRM tools to track sales activities, measure outreach effectiveness, and optimize strategy based on data.
  • Networking: Represent POWER.xyz at industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities to expand the company’s visibility.

 

Your Profile

  • Experience: 2 years in a sales or business development role, preferably in a SaaS B2B environment.
  • Education: A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Languages: Fluent in French and English
  • Skills: Proven track record in closing deals and exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Personality: Strong entrepreneurial spirit, curious, team player
