The Role

We are looking for a results-driven and highly motivated Sales Manager with a strong background in outbound sales and business development.

In this role, you will take ownership of driving revenue growth through strategic outbound efforts, from outreach campaigns and pipeline creation to conversion and long-term client development.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive outbound sales strategy to generate new business opportunities.
  • Identify target accounts and decision-makers, run outreach across email, calls and LinkedIn, and create meaningful engagement.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by proactively sourcing and qualifying high-potential leads.
  • Conduct discovery calls, present tailored solutions and establish strong relationships with prospects.
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing with seamless handoffs and strong client experience.
  • Track sales activities in CRM tools, measure effectiveness and optimize strategy based on data.
  • Represent POWER.xyz at industry events, webinars and networking opportunities.

Your Profile

  • 2 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally in a SaaS B2B environment.
  • A degree in business, marketing or a related field is preferred.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Proven track record in closing deals and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit, curiosity and team-player mindset.
