The Role

We are looking for a 3D Artist to join our team and contribute to high-quality real-time 3D design work.

You will collaborate across art, animation and technical production to create polished 3D assets for immersive brand experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Work in a team dedicated to the development of high-quality real-time 3D designs.
  • Train 3D artists to reach an advanced level and strong autonomy on Blender.
  • Work closely with the Technical Artist on production processes.
  • Collaborate with the Art Director, 3D designers, programmers and animators on character specifications, movement, style and boundaries.
  • Create 3D characters and environments in highpoly and low poly, including textures and shaders.

Your Profile

  • At least 3 years of experience in video game or film development.
  • Strong command of Blender.
  • Good command of Maya, Max, Zbrush and Photoshop.
  • Solid time-management and development-process skills.
  • Strong artistic skills, including texture, light and shadow fundamentals.
  • Ability to create low-poly models and prepare UVs effectively for texturing.

  • Background in 3D, retail, or SaaS environments.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, international setting.
  • A passion for blending creativity with technology to deliver exceptional client experiences.
