The Role

We are looking for a Technical Artist to join our team and help scale high-quality real-time 3D production.

You will connect craft, tooling and process by supporting both asset creation and the systems that enable the 3D team to work efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Work in a team dedicated to the development of high-quality real-time 3D designs.
  • Help create production processes and efficient workflows for the 3D team.
  • Train 3D artists on platform requirements so they can produce optimized artwork.
  • Design systems and scripts in Python for Blender and Maya to simplify creation and export of characters, wearables, environments and textures.
  • Build complex rigging or character systems to support animation.
  • Resolve technical issues during development and optimize completed artwork, shading and file size.

Your Profile

  • At least 2 years of experience in video game or film development.
  • Strong command of Blender and Maya, including rigging and animation workflows.
  • Good knowledge of glTF or GLB formats.
  • Knowledge of Max, Zbrush and Photoshop, with Three.js recommended.
  • Strong time-management, communication and delivery skills under pressure.
  • Good written and spoken English, with proficiency in French.
