The Role

As a Founders Associate, you will work closely with the founders to support the development and scaling of the company.

This hands-on role offers a unique opportunity to gain comprehensive startup experience across multiple functions.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assist in designing and executing marketing strategies to strengthen brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Support the end-to-end account management and sales process, including marketing materials, project follow-up and client relationship management.
  • Manage operational marketing activities, including social media management.
  • Support the founding team with operational tasks and cross-functional topics.

Your Profile

We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial individual who is eager to make an impact in a fast-paced startup environment.

  • A background in business studies, from university or business school.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Curiosity, a proactive mindset and a willingness to tackle diverse challenges.
  • A strong interest in entrepreneurship, technology and innovation. Interest in luxury is a plus.

Extra

  • Background in 3D, retail, or SaaS environments.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, international setting.
  • A passion for blending creativity with technology to deliver exceptional client experiences.
