The Role
We are looking for a Senior 3D Designer to join our team and help drive high-quality real-time 3D production.
You will contribute both as a hands-on senior craftsperson and as a partner on process, collaboration and workflow quality.
Responsibilities
- Work in a team dedicated to the development of high-quality real-time 3D designs.
- Help create production processes and an efficient workflow to drive the 3D team.
- Collaborate with the Art Director, 3D designers, programmers and animators on character specifications, movement, style and boundaries.
- Create 3D characters and environments in highpoly and low poly, including textures and shaders.
Your Profile
- At least 5 years of experience in video game or film development.
- Good command of Maya, Blender, Max, Zbrush and Photoshop.
- Strong time-management and development-process skills.
- Team-player mindset with initiative, motivation and the ability to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with modeling, detailing and texturing.
- Excellent artistic skills including technical understanding of drawing, texture, light and shadow.
